ONLINE RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at equalizedgraphics@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the items's order number and your reason for the return/refund/exchange. Returns/refunds/exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we recieive your return/refund/exchange.

2. RETURN SHIPPING. Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization.

3. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Send a picture with your request of the condition of the item.

4. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees, if any are included. If the original form of payment is unavailable, please let us know at the time of the request.

5.OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Returns/refunds/exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. We understand things do happen out of all of our control. We pride ourselves on the best customer service we can provide. We will work with our customers as much as we can, but all request might not be approved.
